Second Rise Home Bakery was born during a season of transformation. After years in food manufacturing and leadership roles, I found myself burned out and spiritually depleted. Through treatment, faith, and the grace of God, I found sobriety—and with it, a new beginning.
Recovery required slowing down, living intentionally, and rebuilding with purpose. Baking became part of that healing, bringing focus, peace, and a reminder that growth takes time.
The name Second Rise reflects that journey. Just like dough rises again after being reshaped, I was given a second chance—a new beginning built on faith, humility, and gratitude.
